Military-style 6-volt, 40-amp adjustable voltage regulator with ribs and drain.ID # VRY4204A 410328 Believe manufacturing date is 1942 from the (“A”) in ID number.
Not tested recently but believe it to be in working condition. It will fit number of “A” type generators (field ground generators) such as GDZ series: some MB’s and cj’s.
