M38 Willys Jeep

I bought this M38 last year with plans to fix it up and use it off road like those guys on You-Tube. If you’re looking for a good Off-road Jeep with great patina this could be it. It did not run when I got it. I did get it running last year and it ran great. I bought a New Clutch, New Fuel Pump, Carburetor, Seat Frames, New complete exhaust system and resealed the Gas Tank. I parked it and started it up this year to start working on it, but now it has a misfire in it and some lifter noise. I believe one of the valve springs broke. But hey at least you know it runs, right? It has great oil pressure and no smoke. I have changed plans, so I’m letting it go. Body is rusty, but what’s left is solid, and I have seen worse. Frame and running gear are solid as a rock. Shifts great and the 4-wheel drive works as it should. It would be a great project, Jeep. I have bunch of extra parts that go with it. I do have a Good NC Title in my name. More pictures available.
