With Bentley's 100th anniversary set to be next year and the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition Mulsanne. It is a tribute to the company's founding father, W.O. Bentley and even has a piece of one of his personal cars.

The special model can be ordered with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of this car can be seen in the cabin. For example, a Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet features the display of a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft on display inside.

W.O. is emblazoned in a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome appliqué that runs across the back of the vehicle. The signature of the owner front grille, a front grille that is modeled following the 1930s-inspired Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome strip that runs along the lower spoilers, left and right. The front grille has distinct design, featuring a chrome shell replacing the body-color mesh of the Mulsanne. It also has the Flying B Logo.

The key box is made of Bentley wings and is fitted with an black flock lining. Individual key pouches can be bought to match or contrast the key box. The set commemorative includes a 1:18 scale model and an air-borne "B" paperweight. It also contains an unpublished booklet with never before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.

Standard outside are illuminated treadplates and brushed silver clocks and new 22in wheels sporting self-leveling Bentley logos. Customers can also request their own custom Bentley logo laser-etched on the rear fixing, in a nod to the 1930 8 Litre W.O. Edition that inspired the car.
