Roasting
Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup which can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to keep it warm and ready for brew. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

This will prevent the coffee from being over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that just boiled. For four minutes, simmer, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
