Hi everyone, I’m a student of accounts, and this is my first time going on a flight. I’m very excited for this trip. I planned this trip with one of my friends, and his mom booked our tickets three days ago. When we landed at the Frontier Airlines Luis Munoz Marin Airport Terminal, my luggage was exchanged with someone’s luggage. I got scared as that bag had money my mom gave me to spend in San Juan. With this money, I have to pay for hotels and transportation. After that, we filed a complaint for this, and within 24 hours, I got my bag.
