Easy to install

The original cover must be removed before the replacement cover can be put in place.

After you have removed your old cover, use a flathead screwdriver to pull out the four main attachment clips located on the passenger side of the fob assembly. These are marked in red in the image below. Also, note the tabs for locating slots that are highlighted in yellow. They must be removed as well.

Replace the old battery with a #CR2032 coin cell battery. The "+" side of the battery should be facing the fob's opening, and the "-" side should be facing the rubber buttons.

Attach the cover for the passenger side mirror by aligning the locating tabs. Once you've completed this place the fob that's on the driver's side back into your vehicle and test it. Press the push button at the front of the key. If everything is working properly the parking lights will be on and the doors should automatically lock.
