As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to keep it warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as this can result in unpleasant odors appearing in the cup.
