It may be hidden under some plastic pieces or just barely visible. If you cannot locate it then use a screwdriver to remove the trim panels blocking your view of the screw. Then, use a pick or awl, or a small screwdriver to loosen the tab that holds the lock cylinder and pull the cylinder straight out of the housing.

After you have the cylinder removed and reassembled, there are some things that must be done to prepare it for use. The keyway must be cleaned of dirt and grease, and the cylinder should be lubricated to prevent it from sticking in the lock. The easiest way to do this is to use brake cleaner, which can clean and lubricate lock components of the cylinder. Once the cleaner is used to clean the cylinder, you can use a screwdriver remove the 10mm bolt that secures the handle to the cylinder housing.

Install the new cylinder and then use your original key to operate it. It is best to purchase an cylinder that is the same brand and model as the one you have. This will ensure that it fits correctly and will provide a secure seal. After it's installed check the door to make sure that the lock functions properly and the door is shut securely.

Make sure that your new latch plates and deadbolts are the exact same length as the original ones, and that they're placed in the right place over the hole in the jamb. Once everything is set then drive the remaining screws to tighten them tightly. Now you can test the deadbolt and latch using your key. If the key won't turn then it's time to contact locksmith.
