If you're pressed pause during the week or winding down for the weekend, a little portion of this gentle roast goes a long way to relaxing your body and mind.

Roasting
Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to drink. It mellows, and turns into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. 1kg coffee beans price would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be pushed through the grounds with the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast that has citrus, sweet and cocoa scent. It has a silky and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced to a winters' day sitting on the sofa reading a good book and an intimate hug from the family. To brew the coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. For 4 minutes, simmer, plunge and enjoy.
