Developer Supergiant Games' 2020 roguelike Hades is getting its sequel. It's an ambitious move that raises the stakes while offering a more insight into the politics of family.

Each region offers a unique take on the Underworld. Some are more accessible than others, however all offer unique challenges that distinguish them from other roguelites.

Supergiant has also tweaked gameplay in the early-access build. This cuts down on the effort required to achieve certain upgrades and makes it easier to move between areas. Hades 2 is still far from being completed, but Supergiant has stated that it will continue to improve the game and improve it to perfection.
