The special model available on the long or regular wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed was influenced by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. was using as his personal vehicle. The influence of this car can be observed in the cabin. For instance the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet houses the display of a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft that is displayed inside.

W.O. is emblazoned in a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome appliqué that runs across the back of the vehicle. The signature of the owner front grille that's modeled following the 1930s-inspired Onyx color of the limited edition, and a chrome strip that runs along the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille is also distinctive, with an aluminum shell instead of the standard body-color mesh like that of the regular Mulsanne and featuring the Flying B logo as well.

The key box is embossed with Bentley wings and has an ebony lining. Key pouches are available to be purchased to match or contrast the key box. The set is commemorative and includes the scale model in 1:18 and the flying "B" paperweight. It also comes with a printed booklet featuring never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.
