1950 Willys Station Wagon 4×4

1950 Willys Wagon 4×4 (early release with flat front grill and single brake/running light on rear tailgate). This is a project vehicle. The rear tailgate hinge has been restored and looks great. This is a very solid body, although there is some rust thru on the rear quarter panels above the wheel wells (these panels are available). The frame has been completely restored with a rebuilt 134 Go Devil engine (converted to 12V), New intake and exhaust manifolds, new exhaust muffler and pipes, new carb, new high torque starter, new brakes, master cylinder, shoes, wheel cylinders and brake lines, new front locking hubs, rebuilt trans and transfer case, new tires and wheels, new suspension including new front shocks – too much to list. It also comes with the rear seat heater, seats/frames and headliner bows. It will not take a lot of work to getting it looking better than original with the remainder of the work needed on the body. Front clip and doors are from another 1950 Wagon and these parts are in tremendous shape. I purchased this from an estate and will begin the restoration this summer if it doesn’t sell (I’m “thinning-down-the-herd” of other Willys projects that I currently have).
