Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to taste. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant components in your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, great for relaxing weekends.
