September, 1943 Ford GPW, painted up for British service. None of the permanent British modifications have been done, just the paint job. Engine recently rebuilt. It is a mix of MB/GPW parts, but it does have a healthy smattering of Ford bits. All that is pictured is included. (I didn’t feel like putting the rifle holder back on, but it’s included in the sale.) Also included is an extra starter, as well as any other random parts I have lying around.
Includes summer top (folded and stored under passenger seat), shovel and axe, decontaminator, fire extinguisher, tow rope, gas can, jeep manual, tire pump, engine hand crank, windshield cover.
Condition is representative of a jeep in service. Very displayable, but probably not a museum piece. All 5 rims are original combat rims. Correct reflectors. Runs very well. New 6 volt battery and starter, so no cranking issues. Check out the pictures and feel free to ask questions.
Please, if you’re outside the US, let’s start off communication through the email contact form on the right side of this page. I’d have to raise the price of the jeep to cover my phone bill if I answered every incoming overseas call…
Also available is the 14′ enclosed trailer I’ve used to haul it around. If the trailer goes with the jeep, I can include it for an extra $3,000. Pictures available if requested. It’s the perfect trailer for hauling/storing a jeep.
