1950 Willys convertable, been in family since late 50′s early 60′s always garage keep. engine was changed out by my grandfather to a Henry J 6 cylinder flathead in the 60′s. Mostly all Willys is original, my dad had gotten a new gas tank but has never been installed, old tank gone. was running up until the last 5 years. there was a new convertable top made back in late 70′s it has the plastic type driver/passenger windows. It will need new tires the ones on it might just be the second set. Since my dad and grandfather have both passed away I have lot on unanswered questions. there is no rust on it with only a few small dents but all and all in very good condtion for as old as it it with no restoration work done on it.

Original 1947 (?) Willys Jeepster

This is an original (unrestored) jeepster. IT appears to be pretty much intact (to the best of my knowledge). I bought it to restore several years ago and don’t have the time I know it would take to restore it. Wanting it to go to a good home and want a picture of it when you are done with it! This Jeepster has been repainted, new top, new seat covers and rugs. I have had engine work done, a new gas tank and new brakes. The top was slightly damaged in transit by the hauler.

I have started it annually but just haven’t gotten back out on the road for the last two years so I am looking for a good home for it – someone who can make it shine and have some fun with it.

Really nice/complete 1949 Jeepster V8 conversion.
This Jeepster has been sitting in inside storage since the mid 90s. It is an older restoration that is suprisingly complete. It has a smallblock Chevrolet, and Powerglide tranny. The steering has been converted to power assist, and is nicely done. I have not yet attempted to start it,because the fuel tank is in poor condition, but was told by the previous owner that it was running fine when parked. 1950-51 Willys Jeepster, 4-134 F engine, 4 cylinder. 3 speed manual transmission. restored with orginal Jeepster parts by my father-in-law. New convertible top. Engine recently over-hauled with new fuel pump; new water pump; distributor cap, rotor and condenser; carburetor and starter rebuilt. 6 volt system with new battery. Body in excellent condition and runs great. The Jeepster is titled, registered and insured. The owners manual, parts manual and service manuals are included.

’51 6cyl,overdrive Has been in dry storage since 1983.Top and side windows in good condition.
Interior was redone prior to storage and is in great shape.Two new tires(whitewalls) Not running.Rolls but engine is stuck. My plan was to replace engine/trans with
2.3 Ford fuel-injection/5 speed(145+/-hp) which I have available. Very presentable Jeepster but does have patina in the red paint and slight damage to the right tail light housing.

Willys Overland Jeepster 2dr. Phaeton/Convertible, Model VJ2
originally from sunny, rust free Southern GA- just the thought makes me smile.
One of only 10,326 built in 1948. This little car features the L134 (4cyl) “GO DEVIL”
engine with 134 cubic inches and 63 horsepower.
The transmission is the Willys 3-speed manual with optional overdrive for better highway cruising.
104″ wheelbase.
It is Lazon Red and black with black, red interior.
New top.
Sedan body style.
Wide white wall tires and has been checked by classic car technicians.
